Decolonize Tasting Menu
Did you know that using the word curry to generally refer to sauced preparations of South Asian cuisine was a British colonial invention? The word curry did not exist in South Asia. This winter, we’re bringing you a tasting menu that showcases sauced preparations with their original names and constructions. Join us as we decolonize our language and reclaim South Asian cuisine.

Lab Nights
5 pm – 9 pm every Monday and Tuesday
$35 per person. No menu. We serve you our experiments and inspired creations for the day. The dishes change each lab night depending on the ingredients we have available and whatever inspires us at the time. Be part of our R&D process, and help us reduce waste.
